EVANGELICAL PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH

Located on Main Street,   this building was built in 1946 and served as the place of worship for the Evangelical Presbyterian Church until 1970,  when the congregation was relocated to its present facility on Possom Park Road. From 1970, the building was occupied by the City of Newark Police Station until 1993 when that station was relocated to the Municipal Building on Elkton Road.  Today,  the building is being occupied by the "Olde Tyme Antiques"shop,  as part of Market East Plaza Mall.
